Once your order ships, you'll receive an AWB tracking number by SMS/email. You can track live status anytime on our Track Order page using your AWB number or registered phone number.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in their original packaging. Perishable items (honey, rice, herbal mixes) can only be returned if damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival. Contact support@thingalessentials.com with your order number to start a return.

Every product is sourced directly from native agro-zones — traditional seed-variety rice and millets from small-scale farmers, wild rock honey gathered by indigenous forest tribes, and herbs and oils handpicked and processed using time-tested Siddha methods.

Store rice and millets in a cool, dry, airtight container away from direct sunlight. Honey can be kept at room temperature and does not need refrigeration. Herbal oils and powders should be kept sealed and away from moisture to preserve potency.

Yes — our honey is wild-harvested and settled naturally without industrial heating, so it may crystallize over time depending on storage temperature. Crystallization is a natural sign of purity, not spoilage; gently warm the jar in lukewarm water to restore its liquid form.
